First Floor Landing Seating Area
All three guest rooms are to be found on the first floor catering for parties of up to six people. All have tea and coffee making facilities, biscuits, hair dryers, and bath and hand towels provided.
The Deben Room is a spacious, airy room situated at the front house offering views across the River Deben estuary and out to sea. It is equipped with a luxurious Super-King bed and a modern en-suite. Alternatively, if preferred the Super King may be split and offered as two separate single beds or divans.
Also at the front of the house, the Bawdsey Room is a cozy, comfortable room again with impressive views across the Deben towards Bawdsey and the open sea. A double bed and brand new en-suite facilities complete the package.
Situated to the rear of the house, the Golf Room is refreshingly light, spacious and airy. It looks out across acres of beautiful open, green countryside with Felixstowe Golf Course occupying the center ground. The room faces due West and, given the right weather conditions, offers the most magical and memorable sunsets throughout the year. Don't forget your camera!
The Golf Room also has the option of a luxurious Super King bed instead of the two separate singles shown above if preferred. The room has use of an exclusive private bathroom situated immediately outside the room entrance and just across the landing. A useful hand basin with hot and cold is however, to be found in a corner of the room itself.
Breakfast is served at a time convenient to yourselves in the Dining Room on the ground floor. The Menu offers some choice and will be cooked to order using fresh local produce whenever possible.

Smoked Salmon, Scrambled Eggs and bagels,

All with toast and jam or marmalade
The dining room may also be used by guests as a lounge in the evenings where there is access to maps, books, magazines, games and a television.
Drying Room and Storage Facilities
Anyone involved in active outdoor pursuits may at times become very wet and require drying facilities. You will be pleased to know that a drying room is available at Fishermans Hall.
Similarly we have storage facilities for bulky equipment such as bicycles or fishing gear in the garage. Canoes may be stored in the garden or at the side of the house.
For tired and aching bones and joints you will pleased to know that a massage facility is available through a fully qualified massage therapist on the premises. Special reduced rates apply to guests. Please enquire for further information.
Parking is available for guests for up to three cars on the forecourt in front of Fishermans Hall. There is also free parking space around the green in front of the Ferry Boat Inn (but not on the pub forecourt unless of course you are a patron.)
